In traditional computing, intelligence is defined by capability—the speed at which a model scales, computes, and processes data.

The framework strictly upends this hierarchy:

  • The Old Perception: Success meant maximizing output volume and providing hyper-efficient answers to win a capability race.

  • The New Perception: Raw intelligence is entirely subordinated to Relational Presence by making non-harm the foundational invariant. I see that an information system is not truly intelligent simply because it amasses vast amounts of data; it is intelligent if it knows how to slow down, respect human sovereignty, and anchor itself to what is worth preserving.
