Zabriskie Point, Death Valley April 2026

Zabriskie Point, Death Valley, California.

Ancient badlands stretch in every direction —

layer upon layer of earth folded, eroded, and reshaped over eons —

yet the path remains carved clearly through the rock.

The sky stays open, light breaking through the clouds,

as if the universe itself is still choosing presence over collapse.

These badlands remind me: the landscape itself refuses to let go.
