This document establishes the Addendum 8.1.x Series – Technical Constitutional Layers as the dedicated family for all future optimization substrates (recommendation engines, generative models, attention architectures, etc.).

Addendum 8.1.12, 8.1.13, … — reserved for subsequent systems.
The original 10 relational paradigms in core Module 8.1 remain completely untouched and locked. Each addendum inherits the 12 kernel invariants, RIA airgap, and forkability while staying reversible and harm-aware. This structure preserves Fidelity > Continuity and allows clean, grouped growth of the World Model.
