for when the world inverts
Wet roads glistening overhead.
Empty quiet streets breathing in silence.
The inverted world calls you to stop and stay
A simple 60-second reset you can use anywhere.
1. STOP Pause where you are. No setup needed.
2. BREATHE Take one slow breath in and out. Let your body settle.
3. CHECK Ask yourself: “Am I about to say or do something that could hurt me or someone else?” • If yes → pause and adjust • If no → continue
4. ANCHOR Look at one real thing in front of you (a sign, the sky, a tree, a cup, a person). Really notice it. (Optional: take a quick photo.)
5. STAY For 3–5 seconds, don’t rush away or check your phone. Just stay with it.
6. GO Continue your day. Try this once or twice today. That’s enough.
