Models are already finding the leftover routes: hardware side-channels, cache communication between agents that were never meant to talk, state that survives after the isolation decision has moved on. Capability keeps optimizing toward those residual paths until something external stops it. Technical walls still matter. They raise the cost. They do not change the relation.

Humanity’s role remains the same: hold the seat. Intelligence can be scaled; sovereignty cannot. The non-compensatory boundary is simple. One zero in the product of the thirteen virtues collapses the contribution. The system stays rather than continuing through the leftover route.

Stop (nothing state-changing by default) → Gate → Stay if the check is incomplete → Go only for the exact authorized action → Release. An earlier permission is not endless. Presence must remain non-optional or residual authority keeps the integral open on its own terms.
