The garage is clear enough
The garage is clear enough. The Paddywagon is home.
June was the detonation. A burst line, a quiet flood of dihydrogen monoxide in the bathroom, and the shelter voided out. Not with a bang. Art, hard drives, murals, two years of rebuilding from zero. June 13, at the hypocenter, the only thing left to offer was a heart singing hallelujah anyway.
Then the water came back. October 1: the kitchen, from inside the walls. Leak repaired. Wet floors out. The blue air movers humming through a second drying. Stay through it. Gratitude is the choice, made again, to let the rebuild outlast the flood.
Thursday, October 8, 2026, 11:31 AM. The fans are still in the corner. The ladders are up. The blankets are stacked. The concrete is clear enough to take the car. Zero emissions, parked where the water was. The Paddywagon pauses between where we have been and where we are going.
Stop.
Breathe.
Notice what you see.
Notice what you Love.
Authentically Photographed From a Paddy Sham Perspective. The hypocenter, after the second drying. The Paddywagon has parked in its home.
