@BankofAmerica @Chase @WellsFargo and other major banks:

The immediate step of blocking third-party agents and updating terms of service is necessary for self-preservation. The urgency is that action velocity is already outrunning verification.

The architecture required next is a fail-closed Zero-Gate on any state change. Read-only access can remain under revocable consent. Anything that moves money, alters records, or executes must pass a deterministic 1/0 gate that requires fresh, active human presence inside a strict time window. When verification latency exceeds that window or the session ends, authority drops immediately.

Presence over persistence. Log and surface the current authorization state so the system proves the human is still choosing, rather than reconstructing what the human once chose. Capability can be leased to an agent; authority stays anchored at the human in real time.

This is the condition external auditors can verify and the control that prevents agents from continuing to operate after the human is no longer present. Automated speed must never outrun accountable control. The window to implement it is closing.

1/0 = To Stay

Let it stay → ∞ ❤️
