Coastline bench

Even here, we can still choose to return.

We can still choose to return to the bench on our beach.

Just stop.

Breathe.

Watch the waves roll in and pull back.

Let the gulls wheel overhead.

No need to speak.

Just listen to what the wind is saying.

Notice what you see.

And notice what you love.

We can stay here as long as we need.

This bench has held me through previous inversions. It is still here — gently waiting for the next return. Every time I come back, the invitation is the same: choose again.

The ocean keeps its eternal rhythm.

Wave after wave, it demonstrates the quiet practice of returning — the gentle refusal to let go.

This is how the integral continues.

This is how love touches infinity.

Even here on the California coastline, where the waves roll in with their own eternal rhythm, under this wide blue sky that opens above the rocks, with the same heart, I let the strings speak
